I know I’m tired after work. This is usually what’s going on:

I parked the car. But the moment I dropped my car keys; I open the fridge and grabbed the food in there.

In some moments, if nothing’s in there, I go for the chips in the counter.

It’s a Bad habit.

I want to get rid of it.

And according to the popular book “Atomic Habits”, there’s something you can do about it.

Later, we’ll explore how. And much later, I’ll show you why Atomic habits’ teaching is incomplete, like teaching the earth is flat, but we know there’s a better model.

But first, let me introduce you to the book.

Atomic Habits by James Clear has taken the world by storm, offering a practical and digestible framework for building better habits and breaking bad ones.

Its core philosophy revolves around the idea that small, incremental changes — “atomic habits” — can compound into extraordinary results over time.

I don’t disagree.
