There’s an app for that..
There’s a story told about Jerry Seinfeld.
Before he was a household name, he knew he wanted to be comedian.
So he wrote jokes.
No news there.
He said that everyday, he would force himself to write jokes.
Even when it was tough with his schedule.
After writing a joke, he would mark his calendar with an “x”.
The idea was this:
“Never break the chain..” He told reporter later. “It was satisfying seeing “x” s in the calendar, uninterrupted.
How do you apply this in losing weight? I told you already in the previous email about habit.

It’s an advance strategy I been doing.
Matter of fact, I lost 3 lbs already this year.
