Atomic Habits took the world by storm. I remember at a scientific conference, where you’d expect people to be buried in technical papers. But then I spotted a woman with the Atomic Habits book resting on her lap.

The twist?

She was a little chubby.

And that got me thinking — what if Atomic Habits was purely about weight loss? How would it present its ideas? More importantly, what could we actually do with them?

Later, I’ll break it all down — because using just one strategy from Atomic Habits, I’ve already lost 4 pounds. And trust me, I know I can lose 20 more with this hack.
